"Five Habits" follows a new HR generalist as she attempts to collaborate with various leaders at her organization. Through those encounters, workshop participants observe the titular destructive habits. The program's Competency Spotlight focuses on Leadership & Navigation and HR Expertise. The video is narrated by SHRM's senior vice president for Knowledge Development & Certification, Alex Alonso, Ph.D., SHRM-SCP.
This workshop is one of many SHRM offerings designed to help local chapters create alignment with the SHRM Body of Competency and Knowledge and the SHRM certification programs.
