    Chris Castille, PhD will present via Zoom.

    Chris Castille is an Assistant Professor of Management for the College of Business Administration at Nicholls State University, where he teaches coursework on strategic human resource management and human resource analytics. He is an industrial/organizational psychologist who, broadly speaking, studies how to make work not suck. His work has been featured in the Industrial & Organizational Psychology: Perspectives on Science and Practice and The Industrial-Organizational Psychologist. Today, he’s here to share his work on the contagious nature of turnover behavior: why our colleague's next job opportunity might predict our next career move.
