Imperial Calcasieu Society for Human Resource Management (ICSHRM) is excited about our 2 half-day conference scheduled for Wednesday, March 31 and Thursday April 1. This year's theme is "HR is No Joke." DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS THE CONFERENCE WILL BE 100% ONLINE.
Our conference agenda includes a keynote address by Melinda Stallings, best-selling author of "The Power of Positive Conflict Resolution," and a presentation by HR expert, Mechelle Roberthon, entitled "No Joke: You Can Manage Your Manager." We also will provide our members with an employment/labor law update and discussion, facilitated by attorneys from Stockwell Sievert Law Firm. Jessica Duhon with Lake Charles Memorial Health Systems will be speaking on Workplace Wellness and Fighting Workplace Fatigue.
