The recent news of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 is a hot topic! Much of the impact of this Act is specific to COBRA subsidies and will affect several businesses. 

Businesses will be required to cover the cost of COBRA for eligible individuals, which can be later be reimbursed by the Federal Government. 

This Town Hall will go into the specifics – who’s the eligible individual, what notices are required, how can COBRA vendors assist, and how can businesses be reimbursed for these subsidies via tax credits.  A valuable resource for any business who had an employee receive COBRA benefits during the pandemic.
